- After you are done recording go up to the menu bar and select file and then export
- Before you click okay make sure that the format is WAV.
- check to to see if the WAV. file opens in itunes by default.
- When your ready to open this in garageband you have to first open garageband.
- While in garageband take the WAV. file and drag it into gargeband
